PropertyProfit Advertising Options
PropertyProfit began in December 2008 providing topical information and commentary on Property Investment and the New Zealand Real Estate industry as a whole.
Our success has seen us grow to a point where we are now seeking partners to further build our information platform for our current and future clients.
We do not wish to become a general directory service therefore seek only listings and advertising enquiries from industry related sources. The number of listings and advertisements are limited in each region so as to remain a trusted source of reliable information as well as maximising your return on investment.
As everything we do is done in-house, you will notice PropertyProfit is constantly evolving as we work with interested parties and client feedback to meet their requirements, all the while improving our search engine ranking.
There are a number of controlled advertising options available at this time.
National and Regional Blog Sponsorship Ads
1. 220×100 National Blog Sponsorship Ads
Your ad will appear on the left hand side of every single page of PropertyProfit.
Static Images or PropertyProfit approved Animated GIF’s may be used. Specialised scripts and coding will be tested prior to acceptance.
Ads are placed to maximise viewer impressions.

2. 220×100 Regional Blog Sponsorship Ads
Your ad will appear on the left hand side of every single page of the Region you choose.
Static Images or PropertyProfit approved Animated GIF’s may be used. Specialised scripts and coding will be tested prior to acceptance.
Ads are placed to maximise viewer impressions.

Regional Listings
1. Standard business card listing
Basic Listing under the Category and Region(s) of your choice. Contains Logo, contact details and a brief description of your business and area of coverage.
Includes Copywriting, Design and unlimited content updates.
Does not contain a link to any website.
Cost: P.O.A. Availability: Limitations on Numbers for each Regional Category
2. Standard business card listing with a link to your website
Basic Listing under the Category and Region(s) of your choice. Contains Logo, contact details with a link to your own website and a brief description of your business and area of coverage.
Includes Copywriting, Design and unlimited content updates.
Requires a Reciprocal link from your website to the PropertyProfit Home Page.
Cost: P.O.A. Availability: Limitations on Numbers for each Regional Category
3. Standard business card listing with a link to a hosted Business Information Page
This is a very cost effective option if you do not currently have a performing website or to complement your current one.A Business Information Page is very similar to a basic website best compared to a full colour A4 flyer, only interactive.
Your Business Information Page is contained within the PropertyProfit website (the centre column) and may include text, images, videos, audio and links to other sites and/or downloads.
Includes Copywriting, Design and unlimited content updates for one page only, length of page is variable.

4. Stand Alone Blog Site
Based on the same proven platform as PropertyProfit, we can develop a stand alone Blog Site using your own Domain Name (or Sub Domain).
Numerous Layout and colour options are available to match your current marketing material.
Scalability allows us to match the site to your needs now and grow with you in the future.
No technical knowledge required – you choose whether we manage the site and update content as required (monthly management fee applies) or you can add content yourself through the user friendly Content Management System.
Cost: P.O.A. Based on Individual Requirements.
Availability: Development Timeframe is based on your requirements.

Guarantee | listings are for a period of 12 months however, if after that time you feel you haven’t had value for money we will leave the listing on our site until such time you have.
